Initiate Your Request
Log into your Kompsós account and select the items you wish to return or exchange from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and use your tracking number to monitor the status as it returns to our warehouse for inspection.
